We must advocate for a right-side up tax system that addresses racial inequities and collectively funds our future — schools, hospitals, transit — to create a Florida where everyone can thrive. One way to create a fairer tax code would be through a state-level Earned Income Tax Credit, also known as the Working Floridians Tax Rebate, which would benefit millions of households. By prioritizing public services and leveraging the tax code to benefit all Floridians—not just the wealthy—we can shape a future in which every Floridian can reach their full potential.
